Espaldillera rígida

Características: corsé de control de la flexoextensión e inclinación lateral. Compuesto por un marco rígido de aluminio y por un soporte abdominal unido a la estructura metálica para conseguir una perfecta adaptación al paciente. El ajuste del corsé se realiza con dos pares de tiradores elásticos que traccionan directamente desde la funda que contiene el marco rígido. La estructura paravertebral se prolonga hasta las primeras vértebras torácicas, adaptándose a la curva.

Indicaciones: dolencias de la columna dorsolumbar, lumbalgias, dorsalgias, espondilitis, espondilolistesis, degeneraciones discales, fracturas de cuerpos vertebrales, espondiloartrosis, osteoporosis, después de cirugía artrodesante.

Ventajas para el técnico: fácil conformación, estructura de aluminio muy ligero y fácilmente conformable. Fácil adaptación, el innovador sistema de ajuste mediante dos pares de tiradores independientes con componentes elásticos a nivel de cadera y a nivel de cintura facilitan el ajuste y la adaptación.

Ventajas para el usuario: cómoda colocación y fácil ajuste, el innovador sistema de tres bagas correderas multiplica la fuerza de tracción, facilitando al paciente el ajuste y la adaptación. El sistema de cierre y la fijación de los tirantes escapuloaxilares mediante velcro. Ligereza y funcionalidad.
