Para usuarios de camas medicalizadas con un riesgo alto de desarrollo de escaras. La base del colchón antiescaras se caracteriza por una capa de espuma firme que proporciona soporte y una capa superior suave para mayor confort. Funda bi-elástica e impermeable. Cremallera de tres lados. La base de la funda es poliuretano grueso que evita el deslizamiento del colchón y lo protege de un somier metálico.
