    Cuña con tapa. Bacinilla con forma de cuña rebajada, permitiendo minimizar las lesiones al paciente.

    Cuña con tapa, su utilización es de sobra conocida en enfermos postrados, con el fin de facilitar la deposición de heces y orina.

    Es preciso no tener la cuña aplicada al enfermo mucho tiempo, ya que, al ser impermeable, impide la normal transpiración y un contacto demasiado prolongado puede producir irritación de la piel.

    Este cuña con tapa es de material es muy resistente a lejías y detergentes, a los golpes y desgarros.

    Solo se deforma a temperaturas muy superiores a la ambiental.
